**Who we are looking for**
Charles River Development continues to go from strength to strength since the State Street acquisition in October 2018. One of the key areas of growth and expansion is the CRIMS product itself. This role will be responsible for helping prioritize product strategyfor EMEA region, to detail and develop EMEA market definition. S/he will work with the central Product Management team and manage the EMEA regional team for the investment management solution providing best practice guidance and industry knowledge across acomplete multi-asset front to back investment management platform. This is a hands-on role that will interact with both internal and external market participants including clients, prospects, partners and industry analysts. This is an opportunity to work withina very strong senior level product team and help drive the delivery and success of a suite of new, key products in the financial marketplace.
**Why this role is important to us**
The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealthmanagement and hedge funds. Together we have created first open front-to-back platform - State Street Alpha, that was launched in 2019.

**What you will be responsible for**
As EMEA Lead you will:
- Manage a team of industry segment product management specialists, who help drive client and market focused requirements that feed into the specific functional product deliverables.
- Deliver presentations to clients and prospects, on how the platform will fit into their future state operating model and system landscape. Illustrate the CRIMS open architecture benefits vs competition, empowering their specific business intellectual property,but in a scalable and controlled manner.
- Direct the long-term growth structure of the EMEA product team and manage how the team interfaces into wider global product development operation and delivers value to the expanding EMEA client base.
- Influence the long-term roadmap and developing strategies that promote objectives for EMEA marketplace and regional client needs.
- Track and synthesize industry and ecosystem competition and evolution, including shifts in technology, new business offerings, regulatory changes, developments in execution models and other overarching factors that may affect CRD's opportunities and commercialmodels.
- Drive positioning and content for products and solutions serving as the EMEA CRD touchpoint for trade shows, key client/prospect presentations, partnership introductions
- Lead and take responsibility for success of new products and solutions as CRD and Alpha bring them to market.

**Education & Preferred Qualifications**:
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or Maths preferred. MBA desirable.
- Extensive multi-asset investment management experience and understanding of associated business workflows.
- Demonstrable ability to identify, recommend and position products and services to optimize revenue potential.
