**Key accountabilities Performance**
- Managing the end to end referral process to ensure quality and consistency and to optimise conversion rates
- Build relationships with referring dental practices and clinicians to promote mydentist services, encouraging referrals
- Promote the mydentist and hygiene plans and aftercare oral hygiene products, supporting the team to do the same
- Engage in reviews of the practice private performance and champion the roll out of mydentist initiatives

**People**
- Support induction and training, facilitating continuous learning on private services within the practice and area
- Liaise closely with clinicians and receptionists to promote available services
- Actively participate in TCO workshops run by the Private and Specialist Development Managers

**Process**
- Discuss financial options with patients including payment plans (V12finance, mydentist plan & hygiene plan) and be able to demonstrate treatments plans on relevant software
- Define, agree and implement a consistent private patient journey with the PM and Private and Specialist Development Manager
- Comply with the mydentist health and safety policy and all relevant risk assessments including DSE and ergonomic

**Patients**
- To provide complimentary assessments to relevant patients (based on patient profile) to discuss their needs and available treatments options
- Support and educate patients on their individual treatment plans for given diagnosis
- Manage the patient journey end to end in line with the concierge approach
- Ensure marketing materials and campaigns and social media channels are fully utilised
- Capture and utilise excellent patient testimonials

**Person Specification**
- A self-starter who can prioritise their own workload to maximise private revenue
- Excellent customer service skills developed in a customer focussed organisation
- Experience of coaching and training colleagues
- Able to build strong relationships with the practice team and external parties i.e. referring clinicians
- Demonstrates flexibility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use IT and operate computer based systems - experience of using R4 desirable but not essential
- Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial result

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
