About the Role

Due to future expansion plans, we have an exciting opportunity hybrid role combines front-desk responsibilities with treatment coordination support. You'll ensure every patient receives a seamless experience — from their first phone call to completing their treatment plan.

Parrys Lane Dental Practice/Specialist Dental & Implant Centre has been serving the area for over 80 years, we're a multidisciplinary practice with a brilliant team of dentists, specialists, hygienists and dental nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries
  • Coordinate consultations, specialist referrals, and treatment plans
  • Discuss treatment options, financials, and insurance details confidently
  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up communication
  • Support the clinical and management team with administrative tasks

About You

  • Experience in a dental reception, dental nursing or treatment coordinator role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident discussing treatment and payment options
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • A team player with a caring, patient-centered attitude

Dental Reception experience is preferred, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
