Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a **Project Coordinator** to join a well-established, family-run SME based in **Linton. **The position of Project Co-ordinator is a busy, rewarding and responsible role that broadly covers the responsibility of assisting the project manager in the execution and completion of projects from when they cross the line with sales, and become an order through to sign off. This is a detailed and sometimes pressured role in managing deadlines and client expectations whilst managing supply chain, installation teams and the financial project budget.
**Key duties and responsibilities....**
- Facilitating daily meetings between yourself and the Daily project manager
- Monitoring and managing project activities
- Transcription of site measures
- Comparison of measure to quote
- Administration of surveying app
- Preparation of purchase orders including detailed specification checking
- Follow-up of orders placed
- Delivery date
- Order acknowledgment checking
- Ensuring delivery on time
- Checking delivery accuracy
- Budget comparisons
- Project reporting
- Preparation of RAMS
- Preparation of Operating & Maintenance information
- Document management on online portals
- Preparation of installation instructions
- Checking availability & booking
- Hiring and off-hiring access
- Other activities as may be required
**Requirements**:
- Experience in use of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous office experience
- Friendly and cheerful disposition with good telephone manner
- Willingness to learn, help out and “go the extra mile”
- Ability to work accurately and follow systems exactly
- Keen and consistent attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- A proactive attitude that seeks ways to take load off others within the department
**Hours**:07:30am - 16:00 (Mon-Fri)
