With a strong reputation for reliability and craftsmanship, they combine technical expertise with a collaborative, client-focused approach.Due to continued growth and increasing demand within the exhibition sector, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Coordinator to join their dynamic and supportive team based in Milton Keynes.About The RoleThis is an essential coordination role within the project team, supporting Project Managers across the full lifecycle of exhibition stand delivery—from initial brief and planning through to production, logistics, and onsite installation.The Project Coordinator will act as a key link between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring all project elements run smoothly, on schedule, and to specification.This position is ideal for someone with experience in exhibitions, events, stand build, or a production-led environment who is looking to progress their career within a respected and growing business. You'll be based full-time in the Milton Keynes office, working closely with project, design, and workshop teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition projects.Key Responsibilities Project CoordinationSupport Project Managers with day-to-day project administration and delivery.Coordinate timelines, schedules, and build requirements across multiple projects.Prepare project documentation, briefs, and production packs.Assist with resource planning, logistics, and on-site requirementsClient & Supplier LiaisonAct as a professional and helpful point of contact for clients and suppliers.Ensure accurate communication of project specifications, updates, and changes.Build strong working relationships with contractors, workshop teams, and key partners.Production & Delivery SupportLiaise with the workshop and design teams to ensure accurate production of exhibition stands.Manage purchase orders, quotes, and invoicing support where required.Monitor budgets, materials, and timelines to help ensure projects run efficiently.Support pre-builds, quality checks, and occasional on-site installations when needed.About YouExperience within exhibitions, events, stand build, production, or a similar project-coordination environment.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive, detail-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Ideally based in or around Milton Keynes or within a commutable distance.Package£30,000-£35,000 salary depending on experienceOffice-based role in Milton KeynesOpportunity to join a well-respected exhibition business with clear progression routesSupportive environment with strong team culture
