**CPM Engineering** specialise in the repair, replacement, management and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical equipment. With over 25 years of experience in the electro-mechanical maintenance services. Our repairs workshop is oneof the largest in the UK and represents a three million pounds investment.

As we continue to expand our operations, we require a **Site Services / Reliability Engineer**, to carry out CBM and other site work on customer sites across the North West.

**Key Responsibilities of the Site Services / Reliability Engineer**:

- Carry out CBM & Other site work on Customer sites
- Manage customer maintenance contracts using route based and remote monitoring
- Grow business with agreements
- Allocate and manage resources to profit targets
- Present maintenance strategy
- Investigate failures and produce remedial actions
- Perform 'Route Cause’ failure analysis
- Responsible for 'on site’ health & safety, QA and Environment procedures in line with Company policy
- Workshop based activities as directed

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Qualification to degree level or experience within the industry
- Analytical mind
- Proven Experience of Dynamic Balancing, Laser Alignment
- Experience & thorough knowledge of various CBM Techniques
- Predictive and Proactive Maintenance Techniques, Maintenance Management Strategies
- Enthusiastic ability
- Full driving licence
