Are you a natural organizer who thrives in fast-moving environments? Our growing car delivery company is looking for a hands-on **Operations Supervisor** to oversee daily operations, coordinate deliveries, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

**What You’ll Do**

As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our delivery network by:

- **Managing Daily Operations**: Overseeing car pick-ups, drop-offs, and routing to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- **Leading the Team**: Supervising and motivating drivers and support staff to hit performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
- **Optimizing Schedules**: Coordinating routes, managing vehicle availability, and reducing downtime for maximum efficiency.
- **Monitoring Quality & Compliance**: Ensuring all safety standards, customer service protocols, and company policies are met.
- **Problem-Solving on the Go**: Handling customer or delivery issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly.
- **Reporting & Improvement**: Tracking KPIs, preparing reports for management, and recommending process improvements.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

- 2+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management (preferably in transport or delivery services).
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Working knowledge of scheduling tools, GPS/dispatch systems, or fleet management software (a plus).
- A commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
- (A diploma/degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is a plus but not required.)_
