We are seeking a dynamic and results-focused Production Supervisor to lead multiple manufacturing stations within a high-performing operational environment.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for managing people, processes, and performance. If you have a background in production or factory management and are passionate about continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence – we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be doing:Oversee the day-to-day operations of 2–3 production stations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality and safety standards.Manage, motivate and develop a team of operatives.Lead production planning activities, ensuring alignment with daily targets and customer requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.Ensure effective cross-departmental communication, especially in relation to changes in production plans or quality standards.Maintain accurate reporting across KPIs, stock levels, output and resource use.Uphold and improve safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards throughout all areas of responsibility.What we’re looking for:Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role (ideally 3+ years), with a track record of team management and performance delivery.Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and health & safety compliance.We look forward to your application for this exciting opportunity.The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner, based in the UK, to the FMCG and consumer product sectors.
