**The Role: **

We are happy to have an opportunity to join Q Underwriting as a Product Manager.
The role is an integral part of the team, where you will maintain and upload system specs, and project manage a number of different products.
**Responsibilities: **
- To maintain a comprehensive specification library for all delegated authority products.
- To log and maintain all product change requests.
- Coordinate and project manage the implementation and testing of all product changes and updates.
- Assist and support the build and implementation of new products.
- Assist with the reporting and investigation into Product and functional defects.
- To be proactive & maintain a high degree of customer service.
- Continual communication to all interested stakeholders and escalation where appropriate.
