- **What You’ll Be Doing**
As a Claims Apprentice, you’ll dive into the heart of insurance operations - investigating and managing claims, supporting customers, and learning how decisions are made in real-world scenarios.- Investigate claims - gather facts, assess losses, and help determine fair outcomes
- Communicate confidently - be the friendly voice for policyholders, solicitors, and partners
- Manage data & documents - handle receipts, photos, and claim details accurately
- Support financial accuracy - help maintain claim estimates and reserves
- Detect fraud - assist in identifying suspicious or fraudulent activity- ** What We’re Looking For**
