We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team. Working Monday to Friday, you will be based in Staffordshire. **Role Purpose**
Reporting to the Group Head of HR, this role will provide temporary HR administration support to HR team.
**Accountabilities**
Administration
- Responsible for undertaking general HR administration tasks under the direction of the HR team, including
- Creating and archiving electronic personnel files in accordance with Data Protection legislation
- Review and secure disposal of paper personnel files
- Updating the HR Information System, (HRIS) system eg entering absences
- Producing transactional communication documents from templates eg reference requests, to a high standard of accuracy
- Assist with recruitment administration - uploading of vacancies to Applicant Tracking System (ATS), arranging interviews,
- Administration of mandatory training - sourcing suppliers, booking training, updating records
- Assisting with the new starter and leaver processes - arrangements, updating systems and trackers, producing all necessary documents to a high standard of accuracy
Other
- Support the HR team as required
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Maintain quality service by adhering to organisation standards
- Be an active member of the HR team and assist in the production of new and updated policy information where required
**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
**Experience**
- Demonstrable general administration experience
Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A confidential and professional approach at all times
- Well organised and able to meet deadlines and manage volumes of work
- Able to cope under pressure and prioritise demands
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible, enthusiastic and positive approach
- Efficient and effective user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills - able to produce accurate documentation, spreadsheets and presentations
