**Stoke-on-Trent (ST4)**
**Our prestigious client based in Trentham Lakes, Stoke-on-Trent are seeking an HR Administrator to work in their European Distribution Centre.**
**Key role and responsibilities for HR Administrator**:
- Maintain, develop and implement administrative processes
- Help prepare employee correspondence
- Monthly reporting
- Order stationery and coordinate cleaners/service providers on site
- Manage recruitment system and keep vacancies up to date
- Greet visitors and suppliers
**Minimum requirements for HR Administrator**:
- Experienced in admin/reception environment
- Good communications skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to details
- Intermediate Microsoft Office
**What we offer for HR Administrator**:
**Salary**: £9.30 Per Hour
**Shift pattern**:
Monday - Thursday 08:00-16:30
Friday 08:00-14:00
