HR Consultant (6-month Fixed Term Contract)
This unique opportunity with our client is part of a project on a 6-month fixed term contract. The Senior HR Coordinator will oversee the project as part of the launch of a new careers platform for the UK and EMEA, and will be responsible for designing,implementing and aligning a new job description process across the business.
HR Consultant Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
- Collating all UK and EMEA job descriptions for retail and central teams, working with local People teams.
- Work with the Senior leaders from the Reward, Talent and People teams to create consistent job content, titling, and grade recommendations.
- Finalise process and filing process for all job descriptions to future proof project.
- Roll out and train hiring managers on the new process.

HR Consultant Essentials
You will be a senior HR or recruitment professional with experience of organisation design, implementing and aligning international processes, or similar project-based work. You must be an excellent communicator at all levels, with high attention to detailand strong IT skills.
Location
With offices based in Oxfordshire this role is working 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm. It can be worked on a remote or hybrid basis, with occasional visits to the office in the first few weeks.
