**HR Services and Payroll Advisor 12 month fixed-term contract.**

As our **HR Services and Payroll Advisor**you will reportto the People Services Manager with a dotted line to the Payroll Manager, the People Services and Payroll Advisor manages critical end-to-end transactional administration as well as end-to-end payroll tasks. The People Services Advisory Team supports the business across a wide range of People activities including learning and development, succession planning, employee benefits, pensions, payroll schemes, recruitment, onboarding, talent management and communications to employees. The People Services Advisory & Payroll Teams are part of the Central People Services Team and support a population of approximately 1200 employees across Europe.

**This HR Services and Payroll Advisor**role is offered on a full time, contract basis for 12 months and is based in Bicester.**

- 2+ years of general People Services / HR and/or Payroll
- Keen interest in working in the People / HR, Payroll is critical
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (incl. Excel) is critical
- Knowledge of People / HR systems is an advantage (Service Now, SuccessFactors, ADP)
- Knowledge of European employment law is an advantage
- Confidently places the employee/line manager/colleague in the centre of everything
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Focus on quality delivery of services whilst maintaining the speed of delivering services
- Proactively identifies new areas of learning and uses newly gained knowledge and skill on the job
