We work across a variety of HR activities including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, reward, org design and L&D. We support clients through either a fully outsourced HR support model or a hybrid approach where we compliment an existing HR Team. We pride ourselves on being customer centric and commercially astute.

Our offices are based in Bicester and we encourage a mixture of office and working from home and sometimes there will be a requirement to travel to client offices too.

**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for someone who wants to develop their career in HR and gain experience providing administration and project support across various businesses. You will need to be driven and determined, super organised and have a genuine interest in the full HR lifecycle. This role will provide you with exposure to HR across a multitude of areas.

In this role you will provide a first class administration service, supporting the team in delivering all HR and recruitment - so there’s lots of variety and it’s a busy work load. You need a ‘can-do’ attitude, lots of self motivation and a desire to learn.

**What will you be doing**:

- Support with administration surrounding HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from contracts and offer letters to sickness and leavers processes.
- Supporting with day to day queries, such as advising on policy and best practice.
- Work as part of projects teams to deliver HR projects including performance management, HR systems and process, reward initiatives, and a range of L&D initiatives.
- Manage monthly payroll processes, collating accurate information
- Undertake exit interviews on behalf of clients and report and analyse feedback and trends.
- Create a variety of HR Reports for clients including; sickness records, headcount reports and monthly activity summaries
- Travel to our client sites to provide in person HR Support when necessary.
- Research and analyse market trends and data to ensure we are always adding value to our clients.

**What do we need from you**:

- 1 years’ experience in a HR or Administration role or a HR, business or Psychology degree with some relevant work / placement experience
- A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team to deliver together
- Good at managing your time and priorities
- An eye for detail and passionate about providing high quality service
- Research and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and generate ideas
- The desire to keep up to date with what is happening in the world and changes to employment law and HR practices.
- Be comfortable to travel and have a driving license to visit client offices when needed.
