This role is an interim position for an HR manager who has an interest in working for a company with a rapid expansion plan over the next five years. In this role the HR manager will be responsible for a wide range of duties including HR queries, recruitmentand internal processes.

**Description**

The responsibilities of the HR Manager include:

- Helping to ensure the business is consistently recruiting excellent employees
- Engaging with recruiters and managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Maintaining an accurate induction and on boarding process for new employees
- Assisting the development of a comprehensive and clear set of HR policies
- Making sure each role in the company has an up to date job description in place
- Ensuring the company is offering market facing salaries and benefits
- Management and administration of employee benefit schemes and providers
- Liaise with schools, universities and other establishments to source trainees
- Counselling, coaching and looking after the well-being of our wider team
- Resolving any conflicts through positive and professional mediation
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary actions and termination procedures
- Carrying out all necessary administrative duties

**Profile**

The successful HR manager will be:

- Studying for an External qualification in HR such as the CIPD (either historic, recent or in progress)
- Have worked in a HR team before (any size of business or industry)
- Would suit someone who has worked within a growing company
- A positive self-sufficient person who can take the initiative, come up with their own ideas and challenge decisions when necessary
- Knowledge and ability to use any of the Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage time and identify priorities
