**Affiliate Marketing Executive - Fashion - £25K - Manchester**

Fantastic opportunity to join the next generation of online fashion retailers, specialising in accessible luxury, unique designs and helping to give up fast fashion at their head office in Manchester

Since setting up their affiliate programme in 2019, our client has seen rapid growth and success from their partners. As Affiliate Marketing Executive, you’ll join a fully-fledged affiliates team, supporting with the execution of the affiliate marketing strategy across the UK, US, AUS, IRE & FR to drive brand awareness and conversion.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the affiliate network to ensure they are delivering against channel KPIs and business objectives.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in driving the development and execution of the affiliate strategy across all territories.
- Ensure all affiliate sites are displaying the brand, offers and any promotions correctly.
- Work with the marketing and trading teams to create promotional plans.
- Proactively identify and develop relationships with strategic partners and affiliates.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Research and suggest new affiliate partners.
- Keep up to date with latest trends and strategic opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1+ years’ experience working in an affiliate/marketing role.
- Experience working with an affiliate network or partnership platform (Preferably AWIN)
- Strong organisational skills.
- Great communication and people skills
- Good understanding of Google Analytics
- A can-do attitude with the ambition and initiative to thrive in a face-paced environment.
