Job Title Affiliate Marketing Executive Reporting to Affiliate Manager Company THG Nutrition Location THG HQ (WA15 0AF) Office based. What we are looking for Myprotein is seeking an Affiliate Executive to focus on the UK market in order to strengthen its presence in its core home market and drive sustainable growth through affiliate partnerships. Why be an Affiliate Executive at THG Ensure affiliate programs meet KPIs across locations. Work with the Affiliate Manager UK and country managers to shape Myprotein's affiliate strategy. Implement new initiatives and test technologies for better performance. Analyze affiliate data and provide insights to senior leadership. Guide junior team members in executing affiliate strategies. Offer strategic advice to enhance marketing campaign effectiveness. Prepare reports on channel performance and adjust based on data. Train and support junior team members for professional growth. Build strong relationships within marketing teams and with affiliate networks like AWIN. Stay updated on industry trends to seize new opportunities. Collaborate with senior management on strategic challenges and global expansion. Help launch new international markets, integrating affiliate programs smoothly. Manage budgets effectively across different locations. What skills and experience do I need for this role Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing. Strong knowledge of affiliate partners and networks (e.g., AWIN, Partnerize). Proven negotiation skills for contracts and agreements. Strong analytical skills and understanding of numerical data. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Passion for affiliates and digital marketing innovation. Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and their integration.
