I am on the search for an Affiliates Executive

This is an exciting time to join a 30 million turn over retailer who are taking over the consumer world by storm. Due to the commercial growth and strong ecommerce presence, a demand for the team is expanding at a rapid rate.

The business is at the forefront of homeware essentials and trends, ensuring that customers get the best of the best and in affordably They are in hyper-growth mode and need a Affiliates Executive to accelerate and spearhead their digital acquisition strategy.

They are a business that pride themselves in cohesion and culture. Everyone has their own voice and opinions, collaborating and working together to achieve the commercial goals of the company.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Identify and cultivate top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key partners
- Create monthly promotions and communications to affiliate marketers
- Collaborate with internal teams to regularly create and improve landing pages, overall marketing, and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network
- Develop new affiliate recruitment and program marketing campaigns
- Responsible for running affiliate accounts whilst making sure on delivering personal and group KPI's
- Implement strategies to increase quality and yield of key affiliate partners
- Represent affiliate team at industry events and keep updated on industry trends.
- Manage key accounts across all brands and increase business from mid to top-tier affiliates
