**Full Job Description**

We are looking for an experienced cleaning supervisor to lead our team on one of our prestigious sites in Eastwood, Essex. You will monitor and clean the areas as required, picking up supervisor duties to manage the team and client expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor staff attendance & timekeeping - Ensuring all staff sign in on time using staff ID, monitoring and reporting on timekeeping and absences with Line Manager.
- Ensure staff are in correct uniform, wearing Stambridge IDs and branded clothing.
- Key control - Ensuring all staff on site sign keys in and out daily, taking control of keys and access to site.
- Monitor and maintain all cleaning materials and cupboards, taking ownership of equipment maintenance and storage areas, as well as ensuring correct usage and disposal of cleaning supplies.
- Checking on cleaning quality standards across the site, supporting the delivery of services to site through their team. Signing off on these areas upon completion.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders monthly via Line Management.
- Ensuring site is secure upon exit, locking up doors and areas not to be accessed.
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the team and client, ensuring daily catch ups are had as well as documenting any potential issues and following up as soon as possible on previous or outstanding tasks.

Previous experience is required with knowledge of using cleaning machinery and COSHH.

**An Enhanced DBS is essential for this role.**
- Full training for that specific site will be given_
- Uniform will be supplied_

Pay: £25,800.00 per year
