We are looking for a reliable and professional Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in South Essex. This important full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week, with plenty of overtime available) supports our day-to-day operations, ensuring our cleaning services run smoothly and to the highest standards across multiple customer sites. Key Details: Key Details Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, generally early mornings or evenings (flexibility required) Salary: Competitive, with regular overtime available Location: South Essex - travel between customer sites required Vehicle: Company van provided Main Responsibilities Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent high standards Carry out regular site checks and resolve any issues promptly Provide on-site training and guidance to new or existing cleaners Assist with holiday and sickness cover when required Liaise with clients and the office team to maintain strong relationships Ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are followed at all times Full UK driving licence (essential) Previous cleaning and supervisory experience preferred Reliable, flexible and well‑organised Strong communication and people skills Able to work independently and use initiative Benefits and Additional Information Full-time, secure role with a trusted national company Company van provided Regular overtime available Ongoing training and development Opportunities for career progression If you’re a hands‑on, proactive supervisor who takes pride in maintaining high standards and supporting a busy cleaning operation, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
