We're eagerly looking forward to extending a warm welcome to you as part of the S&L family As a new Bar Team Member, you will receive comprehensive training sessions in all things ‘Slug & Lettuce’, upon completion, you will be accredited and will be promoted to the role of Slug & Lettuce Bartender, where you will receive an additional increase to your hourly rate Furthermore, as an accredited Slug & Lettuce Bartender, you could elevate your skills further and become a Slug & Lettuce ‘Bar Star’, one of our in-house trainers. The path to becoming a ‘Bar Star’, entails mastering all aspects of a Bartender's role to be the best of the best Which in turn will lead to further accreditation and additional increase to your hourly rate. You will attend a dedicated workshop, followed by an accreditation process where you will be assessed and bestowed with the esteemed ‘Bar Star’ title. Slug and Lettuce, Southampton is relaxing haven in the bustling high street, our guests can sink into one of our many comfortable seats and enjoy our friendly restaurant atmosphere at our busy bar All the options are covered, from a quick lunch, to a relaxed evening dinner. We are popular for cocktails at the weekends, and can even offer a cocktail masterclass
