- **The Role**:_

We are looking for a talented Sales Consultant with an innate sense of style and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service to join our **Camp Hopson concession**, in **Newbury, Berkshire.**

Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will ensure an exceptional, on-brand customer experience, driving sales through excellent customer service and maintaining visual standards.

You will engage customers with your welcoming approach, showcasing your passion and knowledge for Hush products. As a motivated individual, you will prioritise achieving KPIs and collaborating effectively within the team.
- **Please note this is a 37.5 hour contract that will require weekend working.**_
- **The Responsibilities**:_
- Ensure all operations are completed to a high standard, creating a functional trading environment.
- Implement floor updates with authorisation from the Senior Visual Merchandiser and share best practice images.
- Confidently build and manage effective relationships with Hush customers.
- Meet sales targets and hold accountability for achieving them.
- Support colleagues and work well as a team to ensure high store performance.
- Highlight stock needs and commercial actions following store visits.
- **The Person**_
- Available to work 37.5 hours per week, across various shift patterns Mon-Sun.
- At least 1 year of fashion retail experience, preferably in a similar retail environment.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional service.
- Interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry.
- Reliable and eager to succeed.
- Enthusiastic and able to set a positive example for colleagues.
- Flexible and willing to work shift patterns that suit business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.60 per hour
