**Business Development Executive**

**The role**
Although office based, this is not a call centre role. You will be joining a small, yet strong and dynamic team that are responsible for selling the concept of telecommunications to leading business figures and showcasing the immense potential of the product.
- Proactively target new business through cold calls and follow-up calls
- Calling leads that complete forms on our website
- Calling leads that request to book consultations
- Update CRM records in line with activities
- Meet sales and call volume targets
**Working Hours, Location and salary**
Mon - Fri: 08:30 - 17:30
Office based in Newbury
£18,000 - £22,000 with uncapped commission
**Who we are looking for**:
Previous experience in a direct sales environment would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong independent worker and able to manage your own workload.
- Engaging person who can quickly build rapport with potential B2B customers.
- Resilient and target driven, you thrive in a competitive/transactional environment
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Happy to be coached, and coach others, to achieve team success
- Face-to-face sales/telesales or customer service experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- Proficient computer skills
