They have truly embraced ethnographic ways of thinking and by conducting complex work that spans all geographiesthey are offering rich and detailed understandings to global brands including the likes of Coca-Cola, Facebook, Unilever, McDonald's and many more.

They are seeing dramatic growth within the organisation, which has instigated a focus on larger scale strategic projects including category exploration work, health and wellness studies and increasingly, a focus on their sustainability offerings. You'llsit at the heart of the project management team and will be collaborating with creative research teams to communicate unique insights to clients.

They're looking for a passionate and creative Research Executive to do this and grow within their unique agency environment. You could be testing a range of new brand launches for Coca-Cola, VR prototyping for Shell or unearthing audience needs across theFMCG space. Interested?

**KEY DUTIES**
- You will be collaborating with project managers to assist with recruitment and devising research tools (i.e. setting up platforms for digital qual projects)
- As Research Executive you will aid in conducting fieldwork (focus groups, online communities etc.) as well as helping to develop discussion guides
- Assist in the analysis of qualitative research findings and use these to generate compelling insights

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Able to generate insights, pull together key themes and patterns using strong analytical skills
- An interest in contributing to fieldwork i.e. ethnography, depth interviews, moderating focus groups
- A creative thinker with experience developing insightful proposals and a keen interest in contributing to new research methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
