**Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3 Qualified) - Bexhill**
**Hourly Rate**: £12.50 - £13.00 (based on qualifications and experience)
**Location**: Bexhill-on-Sea
**Hours**: Full-time & Part-time positions available

We are a **warm and welcoming nursery based in Bexhill**, and we're looking for caring, enthusiastic, and qualified **Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners** to join our lovely team

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
- Supporting children’s individual needs and development
- Contributing to the planning and delivery of the EYFS curriculum
- Working in partnership with parents, carers, and the team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A **Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification** (or equivalent)
- A genuine love for working with children
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

We are seeking a passionate Childcare Provider to join our team at Maggies Day Nursery. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and early childhood education, ensuring that each child’s developmental needs are met in a safe and engaging environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Monitor children's progress and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and well-being.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive nursery atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring children's safety and engagement.
- Leadership qualities are a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
