We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate childcare practitioner to inspire and motivate our new team in the baby room.

Main responsibilities: To deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.

To manage the day to day activities within the baby room.

To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others.

To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.

To coach and support other staff within the nursery. To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Manager.

Main activities:

- Overall day to day leadership responsibility for the baby room.
- To be responsible for the efficient running of the baby room and overall delivery of a high quality service
- To ensure that the nursery provides a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment, both indoors and outdoors, at all times
- To ensure that the nursery plans an appropriate play based Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum that enables children to make individual progress.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bexhill, TN39 3LE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Nursery: 1 year (required)
