What you will be doing:
In this role, you will be providing accurate and timely administrative assistance to the HR function of the OSB Group Plc.

Your responsibilities will includes:

- Provide administrative support across the wider HR team (including Payroll and Talent Acquisition)
- Assist the HR on-boarding specialist with resolving, monitoring and completion of all screening cases.
- Responsible for ensuring all HR documentation required for Payroll is approved, actioned and filed in all appropriate folders to ensure that all monthly processing paperwork, including new starter paperwork, is received in accordance with the payroll deadline each month.
- Inputting data into our new HR System.
- Dealing with HR related inboxes, managing incoming and outgoing responses.

In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience from £19,250 and a competitive benefits package including:
