**Job Description Key Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Service Coordinator at FRG, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our commitment to outstanding customer service

This dynamic position involves handling customer inquiries, quality-checking reports sent to clients, managing incoming calls, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate service onboarding across the business.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Quality checking and ensuring the accuracy of reports sent to clients.
- Managing incoming calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Requesting and raising quotations from service providers.
- Collaborating with different departments to facilitate seamless service onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Essential:_
- Commitment to providing first-class customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Desirable_
- Background in facility management (FM)
