Role: Customer Service Coordinator

Duration: 6-month fixed-term with potential for longer

Location: Leeds (LS9) with Parking

Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible between 7am - 5.30pm)

**Salary**: £24-27k

We are currently recruiting a customer service coordinator to join a fast-paced PLC business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and fun team.

The key accountabilities of the role are:

- Timely response to customers’ enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
- Proactive planning and tracking orders to completion
- Cost effective dispatch planning of all customer orders through active liaison with commercial, operations and transport teams
- Scheduling and rescheduling orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively
- Compiling and maintaining accurate records as required
- Communicating effectively with commercial and production teams and also haulage partners

The key skills required for this role are:

- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to a high level of accuracy
- Excellent IT knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure with and be adaptable in a fast-changing environment
- A good eye for detail with excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work with a small team
- Be able to work on own initiative, but also to take direction when required
