This role will be critical in producing the creative output for the Aldermore Group across the full brand portfolio. It will help in bringing our brand to life through designing and delivering compelling creative usingthe full media mix for the full range of audiences across the group. The role will ensure all work is delivered in line with brand guidelines and agreed SLA's. This will include developing a range of 'white label' assets that can be used and repurposed effectively and efficiently, so that we deliver with speed and dexterity. **What would your day look like?** - Designing marketing and communication materials (internal and external) including campaign assets across a full range of media (digital and offline) which are on-brand and follow the appropriate brand guidelines - Implementing the Group's brand guidelines across the full brand portfolio to create distinctive brand assets to drive memorability and brand equity - Building a repository of approved on-brand assets for use across the wider business - Generating creative concepts for campaigns - working with the wider marketing function and group functions to produce engaging design deliverables that meet requirements - Creating artwork concepts for new collateral and developing new ways to communicate our brand(s) and propositions in new and innovative ways aligned to customer feedback and insight - To work as part of project teams and the wider Marketing function to ensure the brand assets are protected and adhered to in all projects both internally and externally - Working with the Content Manager and Content Writer on creative ideation to deliver high quality collateral that builds strength in the Group's brand(s) - Recommending any creative improvements to the group's marketing materials using insight to continually improve effectiveness **What do we expect of you?** - Strong design experience across a full range of digital and offline media including video and animation - Excellent organisational skills used in delivering to tight deadlines and agreed SLA's, and working on multiple projects at the same time - Good stakeholder management skills to work with and build successful working relationships - Challenges exiting design principles to bring a real test and learn ethos to creative outputs - Strong creative eye and flair that brings and attention to detail - Excellent communicator, able to build strong and productive working relationships across organisations - An outgoing and enthusiastic player, with the attitude and energy to deliver in a fast-paced environment - Innovative in approach and thinking - A passionate individual who wants to make a difference **What can you expect of us?** - A friendly and flexible culture, the same as how we work with our customers - A growing organisation that means there's lots of opportunities to progress - A drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one - A communicative, accessible and approachable ExCo And of course, you will be rewarded competitively, with a good range of core benefits and bonus potential. **Still curious?** Join us and we'll make the same promises to you as a colleague, as we do to each of our customers.
