Companies House are looking for a passionate Motion/Animator Designer to join their award-winning comms team.

A Senior Motion/Animator Designer will be passionate about telling compelling, visually exciting stories, and this role will bring Companies House stories and messages to life by combining motion graphics, animation, and design into standout visual and media experiences that engage, excite and educate audiences across multiple channels.

**WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE**:

- Deconstruct creative briefs into game-changing visual concepts.
- Storyboard, design, animate and create a series of new video content across different formats and platforms.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary comms team with campaign, content, social, creative and strategy colleagues.
- Work in collaboration with other designers, helping to upskill and share knowledge through co-creation.
- Collaboratively execute approved concepts on time and within brief.
- Manage workflow efficiently and take responsibility for timing and delivery.

**THE CRITERIA**:

- 8+ years of professional experience.
- An expert in motion graphics and animation is mandatory.
- A strong base in graphic design principles.
- Illustration skills (primarily digital, vector-based) are a must.
- Strong portfolio and showreel showcasing.
- Expert fluency on a Mac platform Adobe Creative Suite, Premier and After Effects.
- Possess a high level of organizational skill.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas._
