**What We're Looking For**:

- **Sales & Operations Expertise**: Experience in transport planning, fleet management, and driving sales.
- **Leadership**: A natural leader who thrives in both managing people and business operations, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- **Transport Knowledge**: Solid understanding of driver hours, tachographs, and WTD legislation.
- **Proactive & Organised**: Able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- **IT Literate**: Comfortable using systems like Stream (TMS) and Webfleet (tracking & telematics), or similar tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet & Route Management**: Plan and optimise routes for your fleet of vehicles and drivers, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and profitability.
- **Sales & Business Growth**: Secure new business, reduce empty mileage and increase revenue by securing backloads and maximising operational efficiency.
- **Multitasking**: Balance day-to-day operations while building and nurturing customer relationships.
- **Driver Management**: Line manage a team of drivers, handling HR responsibilities like performance management and absence.
- **Business Development**: Actively seek opportunities to grow your area, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
