Reporting to the Global Content Manager, you will be creative, passionate, resourceful and super-comfortable working with both our internal and external partners.

Whether you’re writing copy, concepting a TikTok video, collaborating with a content creator on the other side of the world or working with a production partner to deliver our brand ads - you will love the variety of assets you are involved in. Behind your creative superpowers will be the skills of a project manager to juggle multiple workstreams and deliver best in class assets to our regional Campaign Managers.

The Truth Isbeing a new parent isn’t all snuggles on the sofa and baby-yoga groups. It’s tiring, smelly, crazy, frustrating, fun, emotional and nobody can prepare you for being a parent. Because, when you raise a baby, you also raise yourself. That’s why our creative assets reflect real parenting and are anchored in supporting mums and dads on the rollercoaster ride of bringing up baby. Your understanding of this brand essence and creativity in bringing this to life in our content is central to our success.

**So, if you’ve just fallen off your chair because this is right up your street and you’re up for the challenge of all things expecting and new parents, then read on and get in touch**

**What you will be doing?**

**Elevator (in case you’re ever actually required to make small talk in a lift)**: Working with the Global Content Manager to generate disruptive, brand-synergistic content (Social, eCRM, Media, Blog etc) that emotionally connects with our consumers and pushes us towards achieving our goal of becoming the world’s most-loved baby brand.

**The Detail**:

- Proactively generate editorial content ideas and concepts that resonate with our audiences and fit with our brand strategy and personality.
- Curate editorial content for our new brand blog, commissioning category experts and real mums and dads to share their truth about parenting.
- Work with your peers around the world to ensure consumer content hits the spot for their nuanced cultural needs.
- Support the Global Content Manager in the planning and delivery of our brand campaign and content playbooks.

**What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job**:

- You have experience working as a content producer across a variety of social and digital platforms.
- Able to develop content that stirs emotions and lifts the brand above the functionality and general noise of the new parenting world.
- You can identity a story or trend and can craft relevant content to join the conversation.
- You have experience with photoshop and social platform editing i.e. TikTok
- A self-starter by nature with a ‘grasp the nettle’ attitude (we won’t actually make you grasp a nettle though).
