Through succession planning over the next 6 - 12 months, we are looking to hold discreet conversations with Commercial Litigation Senior Solicitors/ Senior Associates, or Partners who are may be interested in stepping into a Head of Dispute Resolution &Litigation role.

The existing HOD, will remain in the practice but will be transitioning into more of a business growth role to ensure future success and development of the practice. This guarantees a great onboarding process, with ongoing support and mentor from a well-respectedleader in this field.

Due to the nature of this role, there is no following needed - instead you will be introduced to many of their cases including high profile, high quality and complex matters meanwhile benefiting from the consistent stream of work referred and won by theteam.

This work is Commercial Litigation focused, however the wider team also services Property Litigation, Employment Litigation, Fraud, and Personal Disputes.

You will be responsible for managing 4x Fee Earners (Solicitors / Associates & Senior Associate) meanwhile supported by Paralegals & Admin. The fee earners have their own caseloads, but are on hand to assist you with complex matters also.

There is plenty of investment to further develop this team over the coming years, and you will be relied upon to help implement and advise on these changes.

This position is available to start as soon as the right individual has been found; there is a brilliant platform here to build off at Salaried Partner Level (+ Excellent Bonus), with a clear route to Equity Partner.
