Job Title: Business Development Executive

**Salary**: £25000 to £30000 per annum
Location: Near Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 4.30pm
COMPANY PROFILE
Due to predicted growth plans our manufacturing client need to grow their Sales Team.
If you pride yourself on being an influential type of character who can deliver excellent customer service, our client who are based near to Hatfield are looking for someone like you to join their team. You will enjoy being in a challenging role where you willbe trusted to develop strong client relationships.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous sales experience including Lead Generation, Upselling and Prospecting
- You will be a confident communicator both written and orally
- Organisation will be a strong point of yours and you will be able to manage your own time wisely
- Full and valid driving licence is required to complete the role

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete lead generation, prospecting to clients
- Update the CRM with information
- Act as point of contact with new and existing client's
- ensuring you listen fully to what the client is after
- Retain new client's and upsell new products at every opportunity.
- Process new orders and ensure updates are communicated when required
