Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Business Development Manager based on a hybrid working basis. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic growth plans. Their day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, prospecting for new clients, supporting proposal development, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the mechanical services or engineering sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
  • Project management experience and a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools
  • Team collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of mechanical building services (e.g., industrial fans, pumps, motors, ventilation systems, etc.) is an advantage
