Executive Assistant / Business Manager
 to work directly with our CEO — a visionary founder operating at pace across manufacturing, technology, and product innovation.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring sharp thinking, flawless organisation, and exceptional attention to detail. You'll be at the centre of the action — managing the CEO's world, driving momentum across strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution at every level.

You'll Excel in This Role If You:


• Bring 
10+ years' experience
 supporting a founder or C-suite leader in a high-growth or fast-moving environment


• Are 
exceptionally organised
, with strong business awareness and emotional intelligence


• Communicate with clarity, warmth, and authority — able to represent the CEO with confidence


• Navigate effortlessly between the 
boardroom and the factory floor
 — adapting to different environments with ease


• Are comfortable working in and around 
tech-driven businesses
 — with a confident grasp of modern tools, platforms, and workflows


• Introduce 
structure and efficiency
 through strong processes, planning, and documentation

• Coordinate business-critical projects across multiple functions and ventures


• Provide full executive and personal support to the CEO — including diary, inbox, travel, communications, and key relationships


• Build structure and systems that help the CEO and business scale effectively


• Manage sensitive and high-impact matters with absolute discretion


• Ensure follow-through on priorities, actions, and cross-functional initiatives
