**The Role**

We are looking torecruit a full time Accounts Administrator. You will gain training and experience of a broad range of client work in the areas of accounting administration, bookkeeping and Payroll, tax and tax planning, management accounting and financial accounting using a variety of accounting software. You will support the Accountants in implementing a strategy to achieve our client's goals through the services we provide.

**Responsibilities and knowledge**
- Balancing Accounts (Double Entry Bookkeeping)
- Bank reconciliation
- Creation of accounts to the Trial Balance Stage
- Preparation of Management Accounts
- Preparation of VAT Returns
- Preparation of Payroll runs
- Assist in the preparation of Company, Partnership and Individual tax returns
- Keep an Audit Trail of all transactions undertaken
- Provide support and to the Accounts Administrator team
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for each accounting service client
- Deliver excellent, clear, appropriate and concise communication skills at all levels with Clients, Colleagues and external contacts
- Follow company processes at all times, identify and report any gaps or inefficiencies which may be relevant
- Ensure the delivery of excellent Client Service is constantly at the forefront of your priorities

**Experience**
- One to two years previous experience
- Working knowledge of using Mircosoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Previous experience using Accounting software
