KRNS Properties requires a Part-Time Accounts/Office Administrator
Our Accounts Department based in Loughborough is looking for an Accounts/Office Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a part-time position working hours per week (working times to be agreed).
KRNS Properties and the wider group of companies are family-run businesses and primarily operate in the property investment and entertainment industries. We are seeking a well-organised and friendly person to join our close-knit accounts department.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase and sales invoices across multiple companies
- Manage customer and supplier relationships
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Credit control
- Monitor the accounts email inbox and deal with all queries
- Process staff expenses
- Provide administrative support to and fulfil ad-hoc duties for the accounts team
- Support the smooth running of the office
- Welcome visitors and answer phone calls
- Manage office requirements, such as stationery, utilities and post
- Ad-hoc duties to assist and support the wider office, as required
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Proficient in modern accounting software, Excel and Word
- Organised and methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently but also confident liaising with all stakeholders
The ideal candidate will be friendly, open-minded and willing to get involved in all aspects of the accounts and office functions across all companies.
