**Position**:
Are you looking for a challenging and interesting Technical Administration role, do you enjoy working in an engineering / technical environment?

We are seeking an experienced Technical Administrator to support our growing, global Product Management team, based at our Head Office in Kingswinford.

**As a** **Technical Administrator you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of activities**:

- Providing full administrative support to our Head of Global Product Management and the Product Management team.
- Assisting with the production and distribution of technical/product literature that is accurate and relevant from draft.
- Maintaining technical literature and document control in accordance with product change notices.
- Assisting in the recommendations and timely delivery of Specials.
- Coordinating / updating / documenting technical information and specifications.

**What you will need**:
**To be a successful Technical Administrator you will need to demonstrate**:

- Experience working as an administrator / coordinator within a technical team, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable but not essential.
- Fully proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, familiar with Netsuite or similar ERP based systems advantageous.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task within a busy technical environment.
- Knowledge/understanding of quality standards and/or directives highly desirable.
- You will need to be extremely organised, self-motivated, able to prioritise your workload with a keen eye for accuracy.
