Hours of Work :Monday to Friday 09.00 to 5.15pm with 45 minutes lunch break.

Company Benefits : 25 days per year, annual leave from 1stJan to 31st Dec however 3 of those need to be used over the Christmas period as the company closes down during that time and, plus bank holidays, company offers a profit share scheme which is awardedif targets are met.

We have an an excellent opportunity working with an established organisation for an Office Administrator, This is a permanent opportunity.

It is the Administrator’s responsibility to operate effective systems and procedures to ensure that the correct paperwork is in place for all deliveries incoming and outgoing.

The Role
- Provide accurate and timely administration for the delivery and receipt of goods.
- Operate to a series of written procedures for opening accounts, booking stock on and off, issuing test certs, processing and passing invoices, raising credits and debits and operating to ISO 9002.
- Investigate and account for any batch shortfalls or excesses.
- Administer outworker and bespoke orders to ensure timely and accurate processing of the detail.
- Provide copy invoices and proof of deliveries when required.
- Process the SITS orders and handle SITS queries.
- Provide an efficient and friendly Make visitors feel welcome. reception for visitors, customers and suppliers.

- Work co-operatively with other team members to help ensure daily and monthly deadlines are met. internal and outside personnel.

- COMMUNICATION Is able to explain detailed systems and procedures in a clear and concise manner.
- INTERACTION Is able to work within a team environment and be prepared to multitask covering a wide range of jobs and tasks.
- ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE MICROSOFT OFFICE.
