**Desired Experience -**Domestic heating service background, fault find and fix on boilers and ideally heat pumps, especially air source heat pumps (ASHP’s).

**The Role**

**Experience Required**

You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing, fault find and fix on domestic heating systems including boilers and ideally heat pumps. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be advising service engineers from a varietyof different backgrounds and intermediate to advanced levels of experience. Heating engineering gas qualifications or air source heat pump qualifications along with at least 5 years of experience are expected for this role as you will be overseeing advancedlevel heating service engineers. People management skills, both teaching, leadership and quality or performance management are essential as you will be managing existing team members and bringing in new additional team members.
