What does it take to be a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in Lancing?
- Passion for education
- Patience and understanding
- No formal educational qualifications necessary - however experience working with children is essential.

Job role:

- This role assists Teachers to create environments where pupils with extra learning needs can make the most of their education
- Manage challenging behaviours.
- Support the teacher to maintain learning and help children access the curriculum.
