We are looking for a Night Support Worker with a **commitment**to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting role in our new bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

**Who We Are Looking For**:
✔ **Night**Support Worker**
✔ Experience as a **Night**Support Worker** in a learning disability or complex needs setting
✔ Someone creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference

- **About the Role**:
As our **Night**Support Worker**, you will be part of a passionate team delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual. They love **outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining**, and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
- **Fixed & Predictable Working Pattern**:
**An average** **35 hours per week**
**Rotating on a 4 on, 4 off schedule**a structured shift pattern to maintain a stable sleep pattern and enjoy four full days off after every working block, allowing for better rest and personal time.
