- **Responsibilities**:_
- Answer and handle incoming calls from customers
- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
- **Requirements**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- **Skills**:_
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers with empathy
