**Entry Level Talent Acquisition Lead**

**The Job**

We're looking for someone to support the early careers strategy, developing and overseeing a scalable and sustainable approach to talent acquisition across internships, graduates, apprenticeships & early career talent.

**The Responsibilities**
- Working as part of a Global Talent Acquisition Team, creating a best in class talent experience from attraction to the career progression of high performing early career talent.
- Partnering with the wider Learning, Leadership and Talent teams globally.
- Coaching the relevant stakeholders and offering support to ensure programmes are rolled out consistently meeting business aims.
- Acting as a thought leader, taking an external view and incorporating new ideas and thinking within the business.
- Collaborating with a cross functional team to contribute towards shaping and evolving the EVP.
- Supporting and influencing the development of an innovative, engaging and creative talent attraction piece for early careers.
- Ensuring diversity and inclusion strategies are implemented and success measures achieved.
- Acting as a brand ambassador for all Early Career programmes, including communicating and building valuable partnerships externally.
- Analysing internal data and external benchmarks to draw insights which ultimately lead to driving forward continued success.

**The Requirements**
- Proven Early Careers experience within a similar role where you have worked with international/global stakeholders and developed the approach to early careers from attraction to development. You will be able to demonstrate your success in this space and have a passion for building a best in class approach and reputation.
- Superb stakeholder management and partnering skills and the ability to adapt and work with different cultures and undefined scopes.
- Comprehensive understanding of the People function and how this contributes to achieving the overall business objectives. Comprehensive knowledge of the industry in order to contribute to commercial objectives of the Company.
- Coaching, constructively challenging and influencing ability
- Attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, flexible, positive and keen approach to learning
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
- Structured individual with ability to interact and communicate at all levels of the organisation
- Good problem-solving skills, excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise work accordingly
