**What is the job about?**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team based in Gateshead, supporting our ever-expanding GLOBAL business. The roles will vary from recruiting for high volume sales executives to specialised one-off vacancies across our brands.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work with partners across the entire business and be part of recruiting specialists into our fantastic team. You’ll be responsible for the full on-boarding process from sourcing and screening through to designing the assessment process and engagement during the hiring and probation period.

**What exactly will you do?**
- Work with business partners to understand hiring needs, identify target hiring audience and design the assessment process
- Work multiple roles and prioritise vacancies depending on the business needs.
- Fill a wide variety of roles that vary from high volume sales roles to specific operational and service positions.
- Keeping our ATS up to date
- Manage key stakeholders within the business throughout the hiring process

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience working both Agency and Internal Recruitment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and on multiple vacancies at once.
- Understanding of full cycle recruiting
- Someone who enjoys the search, who wants to find what can’t be found.
- A person that can work with a positive attitude, adding to the team environment.
- Experience of recruiting within the Energy Industry is desirable but not essential.
