We're currently looking to expand our HR team with several key roles including permanent,
maternity cover, (this is a temporary opportunity to step into a dynamic HR role). As well as

**Who we are**
We are a busy front facing team based at County Hall in Northallerton (every Tuesday and Wednesday) but work in a hybrid way with opportunities to also work from home and/or other council offices as appropriate. The ability to travel across the county to deliver our service when required is however essential.
The HR Adviser role is varied, challenging and rewarding giving you the opportunity to further develop your existing HR skills within a fast paced but highly supportive team.
**Key roles and responsibilities**:
- Provide advice and guidance on a range of employment related issues, terms and conditions, policies and procedure.
- Manage and effectively deliver a caseload of various key HR processes - including Attendance, Flexible Working Appeals and Probation cases. Offering informed and considered advice to managers to ensure the most productive case outcomes are achieved.
- Supporting on a range of HR Projects as appropriate with support from relevant HR colleagues.
- The fixed term roles will specialise in supporting with attendance management.
