We’re looking for a PPC Executive to join our growing team and be part of an agency at the forefront of paid advertising. **(IN-HOUSE ROLE)**

Your role will be to set up and optimise pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Google Search and Shopping, ensuring that they meet performance and revenue targets in line with the overall marketing plan and budget.

You will primarily focus on managing Google Ads PPC activity. You must be confident working with data, able to solve problems creatively, and have excellent communication skills.

**What will you be doing?**
- Reviewing and optimising campaigns against defined KPIs.
- Ensuring campaigns are tracking the correct conversion actions.
- Split-testing campaign settings.
- Building strong relationships with clients to effectively hand over to our client delivery team for onboarding.
- Reporting on channel performance to clients and heads of department.
- Working in a team to formulate long-term marketing strategies for clients.
- Work with the copywriter to review and test compelling ad copy across all platforms.
- Working with the design team to produce campaign assets.

**What skills do you need to have?**

Required:

- Google Analytics experience.
- Google Ads Manager experience.
- Google Merchant Centre experience.
- A proactive, result-driven approach to problem solving.
- The ability to think creatively.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing world and ability to keep up to date on latest trends and events.
- The ability to hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- The drive to constantly push and improve yourself through ongoing training.

**Preferred**:

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Google Performance Max experience.
- Experience with Data Studio or other third-party reporting tools.
- Evidence of communicating campaign performance to clients and department heads.

**What experience is required?**

At least 2 years of experience managing paid search campaigns in Google Ads.
- Feed management experience.
- Marketing agency experience.
- Facebook Ads experience.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
